I just had my roof replaced by Best Choice Roofing. My initial contact was Clark Cooney and he worked with me to get me what I needed for a price I felt was fair. The roofers did an excellent job and had my roof replaced and all debris removed in one day. I absolutely love the way it looks. I've had several compliments on what a good job was done and how nice it is. I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, timely and reasonable.

I’ll keep this short and sweet... Kevon, Joe, office staff and roofing crew are the best! I would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing repairs or roof installations. Anytime I had a question or concern they were always 1 call away and that’s the best sense of security you need in a company. Job was done in 1 day .. the roofing crew did an awesome job ... they made sure that everything was clean upon leaving our home... and our roof looks great! What more could you ask for?! I had a new roof installed on my house in Mobile after hurricane damage and could not be any more satisfied with the job that this crew did! They were very efficient, quick, and cleaned up every bit of garbage from the tear off! I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs roof work done! I was very impressed with Micalee who is a sales rep. Instead of worrying about a higher commission, she was honest and upfront about getting shingles put on versus a metal roof and I really appreciate that! The project manager – Joe was great at keeping me posted on everything that was going on and explaining everything about the hurricane rating and the insurance discount and walking me through the whole process! Great job by everybody involved!!!

We were extremely pleased with the customer service & the attention to detail. Everyone from the salesman to the project manager were great. Worked well with our insurance company & completed the work when promised. Clean up after the roof installation was awesome as well. Would recommend.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY! There is absolutely no communication or even just a basic understanding of roofing, claims process or billing process. 1. There was a huge lack of clarity in the initial claims "contract", in that, if you sign up for the "free" roof inspection they offer, you are committing yourself to only using Best Choice as your roofer. If you opt out after signing, you have to pay them a huge fee if you use a different roofer. 2. We were told that in order to have a ridge vent system installed we had to board up/block in our current gable vents. They attempted to charge us extra for this service. Come to find out from the roofing company that they sub the work out to, this was incorrect and not needed. When we attempted to be reimbursed the charge they said "that charge actually will cover the cost of the decking replaced on the roof". This brings us to point 3. 3. The roofers told Best Choice that they used 2 "boards" of decking to make repairs on our roof. Our original roof decking is "tongue and groove/slat" 1" x 6". So when the roofers replaced 2 "boards" they used (2) 1" x 6" x 4' cuts to replace 2 small areas of water damage on the decking. Best Choice attempted to say the roofers using 2 "boards" was 2 SHEETS of 4' x 8' plywood, and that cost was close to $100! 4. The field representatives had very little, to NO understanding of roofs OR the claims process. They misinformed us (either unintentionally, intentionally, or utter incompetency) about how much we were actually approved for with our insurance check, and we ended up paying more out of pocket cost than we were originally told. 5. There was no communication between their field representatives and billing department. I had to inform the billing department of our actual agreements with the contracted work. 6. Any updates or information only came at my requesting them, Best Choice never once called to update with the process. 7. The original field representative and I agreed on a set "out of pocket" price at the start of the process. That same day I was told by another representative that the price had to be increased due to the 1st representative's failure to calculate the actual cost of labor. 8. There is absolutely NO leadership. Everyone I spoke with would defer to others when these issues arose. 9. When we went to sign the final work contract, I had to point out to the field representative problems in basic math/calculations on the final invoice, ON THEIR PROGRAM SPREADSHEET. If I had not pointed that out, we would have had another increase in our "out of pocket" cost. 10. The sample selection was horrible. If I remember correctly, they only had about 4-5 total samples on hand to show us. They did not have a sample of the shingle that we were interested in, and when asked if they could get a sample for us, they said it could take some time. To end, make sure you reach out to your insurance agent about your claim BEFORE signing any contract for work with them. That is a huge lesson learned on my end. They do not understand how to read the claims adjustment papers, and we actually over paid "out of pocket" BIG TIME because of this. If you do give Best Choice a chance BE SURE to get everything in writing and don't sign anything until you are crystal clear on ALL details. Also, don’t sign the initial contract for the "free" roof inspection. Tell them to give you a quote to install a new roof. Make them earn your work, not expect it.
