Wise Builders Roofing and Renovations

Wise Builders recently renovated our bathroom (floor, walls, ceiling, trim, vanity, vent, outlets) and did a fantastic job! They were courteous, respectful and truly professional all the way through the entire process. Their work was exceptional and outstanding! Not one time did I have to ask them to go back and fix something that wasn't right. They are also some of the hardest workers I've ever met. They come, they get their job done and don't waste time. They were also very helpful in finding the best solution when we encountered some unforseen issues (which can often happen when you're renovating). If you are looking for a contractor, look no further, Wise Builders are your people!

Mr. Graham Brock was very professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He quickly accessed the damage and fixed it! It was a quick fix so he didn’t charge me!! Such an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them!

From start to finish our project manager, Jim Brock, provided excellent service and communicated at a high level. Our home has a unique design and we had a leak but couldn’t identify the source. Jim was able to quickly identify the issue and put together a plan for resolving it. Our job was finished quickly and the crew left no trace - it was also great to know that Jim was on site for the majority of our repair. This experience was so much better than our past experiences with other roofing companies. I can’t recommend Wise Builders enough. We have total peace of mind now, knowing that we won’t have to deal with a leaky roof again!

COMMUNICATION...COMMUNICATION...COMMUNICATION! What I appreciated most about working with Steve and Jayden of Wise Builders Roofing and Renovations was their outstanding communication. Due to insurance complications and issues caused by previous owners, it took us nearly a year to finally replace our damaged roof. Throughout that long and frustrating process, every call or text I sent them was either answered immediately or responded to promptly. I can recall at least two occasions when Steve took my call while he was out of state visiting family — proof of their commitment to excellent customer service. Beyond their exceptional communication, their service was top-notch. We had to make several financial and legal decisions along the way, and Steve was consistently informative, honest, and ethical. If he didn't have the answers, he found someone who did and got back to us quickly. One standout example of their dedication: During the January "snow storm" in Mobile, our roof suffered additional damage that caused a significant leak in the garage. As soon as it was safe, Steve and Jayden came out and patched the damaged areas — I never saw a bill for the extra work. Jayden's original estimate was right on target with the final bill, and the new roof looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the result. Wise Builders Roofing and Renovations has my highest recommendation.

I can’t get over the amount of patience Wise Builders displayed as we went through the insurance approval process for our roof. Wise Builders on site representative, Isaiah, stuck with us and reassured us throughout the process as he climbed on our roof more times than I can count to meet the demands of the insurance company! Long story short, we have a beautiful new roof!!!

Wise Builders did amazing work on replacing our roof and other repair work caused by hail damage. We had a great experience working with Stone. He took care of everything and made the process easy and understandable.

Isaiah did an excellent job helping us identify issues with our roof and coordinating with our insurance company to have it replaced. If you’re in Mobile, Alabama area I would highly recommend Wise Builders!
