Foster Contracting Fortified Roofing Pros

I recently had the pleasure of working with Foster contracting for a roof replacement and seamless gutters and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The initial consultation was very thorough and informative and I was very impressed with Chase and how knowledgeable he was. Overall, my experience with Foster Contracting was outstanding. If you're in need of roofing services, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’ll definitely be calling them for any future roofing needs. Edit: After leaving my original review, Jimmy and the team came by within two days and finished the job by painting the exposed wood. Attaching photo to show it. That’s all I originally wanted. Took three months but the job is done. Leave reviews, people! They matter. Upping from 2 stars to 4. Original review: The roof itself was done quickly and very well by the team and project manager, Jimmy. Chase Foster, the owner, was very communicative up until the job was "finished." We spoke before I chose them (using the SAH roof replacement grant) and Chase was very convincing about why Foster roofing would be the best choice for me. But while doing the job, his team ripped some paint off of the exterior along the roof line. Jimmy came by and took a paint sample to get it fixed. Now, over three months since the job was "finished", both Jimmy and Chase are ghosting me. They made multiple promises to come finish the job and fix what they didn’t finish. But now that the state of Alabama has paid them, I’m not hearing from them at all. Guess they have too many other roofs to mostly complete to get back to me. It’s unfortunate because they were great up until this point. The two stars are for the roof they did. Lost three for ghosting and not being honest or finishing.

Fosters roofed our house last month as part of the Strengthening Alabama Homes grant program. They did a great job. They came out for the estimate quickly and got us scheduled in a timely manner. The crew was very professional. They were very efficient and polite. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned up very well.

From start to finish Foster Contracting ensured the installation of our Fortified roof was a pleasant and painless experience. Chase Foster explained the Fortified Roof requirements, answered all questions, submitted the bid in a timely manner and was available throughout the entire process. As a Strengthen Alabama Homes Grant recipient was tasked with selecting a roofing contractor to replace the roof. Foster Contracting was selected through the bid process. From the initial sales presentation to completion of project, the Foster team performed excellent. From roof tear off to shingle installation each task was completed with care. This company came highly recommended and now I know why.

Foster Contracting installed a new roof for me last October and did a wonderful job. Chase was my first contact and was very professional. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and even came out on multiple occasions prior to having the roof installed to answer any questions I had. Jimmy oversaw the project and he also came out before hand to look over my property and answer any questions I had. The crew put the new roof on in one day's time. It came out looking great. I highly recommend Foster Contracting to anyone with roofing needs.

Foster Contracting just installed a new roof on my house. Chase made sure I had samples to choose from well ahead of time. They were the lowest bid I received with the same or similar materials as the other contractors. The roof looks great. Chase answered any questions I had before, during, and after the roof was installed, very quickly. I would happily recommend Foster's to friends and family.
