Everything impressed me about Jim Swift. Not just as a father who handles such things as house repairs, but as a construction professional, I know what questions to ask. What I really look for is someone who knows more about the subject than I do. I already had two quotes done - they walked around, got on the roof, etc. When Jim arrived to give me a quote, he knew within 2 minutes that there were two layers of shingles to remove. He knew it almost instinctively. The other two quotes, I asked them and they had missed it. Jim offered a fair price, offered to do it immediately, and suggested it was a one day job. He gave me the room to make a decision without any sense of obligation. He gave me samples, made suggestions, directed the project, stayed in communication. And of course, lastly, I have to give a mention to his staff and roofing team - AMAZING. They worked with diligence, integrity, quality, professionalism, and cleaned the entire area immaculate. Like they were never there. I only have to do this once hopefully, and this process was simply the best.

Jim gave us a very competitive price. Seems like other contractors were double. He was responsive and professional at all times. The day of the project he showed up to get his team started. He then showed up a few other times that day. His team did a complete tear off, replaced all the plywood and installed a skylight in one day. At no time did he ask for any money until the job was completed and came back the following morning for payment. This was an amazing experience from start to finish and he made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I highly recommend using him. He's also just a great and sincere guy.
