This was one of the best experiences I’ve had hiring a contractor. Jim and crew were incredibly responsive and the price was fair. Most importantly, my roof replacement was scheduled within two weeks, and the crew came out when they said they would. The job was done in about four hours: roof torn off and new roof and insulation installed. If I hadn’t pulled up when they were cleaning up, I might not have even known there had been work done. It was that efficient. When I noticed that the porch leaked after a storm a week later (not the roof, but where the porch connected to the house), Jim personally came out and came up with a solution to extend the existing gutters. A few days later, no more leak. They were phenomenal to work with.

Swift has installed a new gutter run for my house and work is great and great price. They sided my neighbors house and it looks great. They are going to take care of roofing for me as well this spring. Friendly company and workers clean up well before leaving. Recommend them for your roofing and siding needs!

I cannot say enough good things!! From the very start Swift was a pleasure to work with. Alex was very kind and courteous. And answered every question in precise detail in regards to the estimate right down to the final clean up. Due to weather the start date had to keep getting postponed. Alex was in constant contact with me to keep me updated of the next available date. On the start date everything went flawlessly!!! Alex phoned in the am to touch base and said he would be by later to check on things. When he arrived we discussed the progress and he gave an estimate of time of completion and he was spot on. The crew was very courteous, and professional. If it weren't for the noise of the equipment (not that it was that it was very loud because it wasn't) I wouldn't have known they were here. They did an absolute amazing job start to finish!!! Like I said at the beginning I cannot say enough good things about Swift Roofing right on down to the final cost of the job. I would highly recommend them for your roofing project. Bravo Swift Roofing keep up the good work!!!

Highly recommend: Excellent work and service and, competitively priced. I found Jim and his team by a referral from Velux skylights. Jim is a certified installer of these high quality skylights. While working with me on the skylights Jim found a few other issues and helped me with them, at no additional cost. He is a solid, 35 years in practice, professional that cares about his work and customers. I highly recommend him!

Jim and his team are fabulous. Scheduling a free quote was VERY easy with his wife, Jennifer. Jim came out personally and explained everything very thoroughly to my husband and I. His pricing was very fair. His team did a great job with our total roof replacement AND did a great job cleaning up. I will be recommending Swift Services!

The test of a good contractor is if they fix something after the job is complete. They did a great job of reroofing our house and installing gutter guards. They offered a good price and came highly recommended. It was a long day but they handled it well. They didn’t get the downspouts cleaned out well enough and they clogged. Came back 3 months later to clean them out 2 days after I called. They care about customer service.

We have 2skylights that started to leaks badly, my Neibor recommended to call Jim at Swift services . He came next day and give me a fair price.Next day he called that I will send one of the guys to comer it till we get the skylight windows because next day forecast was raining. I liked that he cared and after a few day they came and worked well and finished the job. I would recommend them very highly.
