We own several properties that have needed new roofs over the years. American Central Roofing & Construction and Joe Esser did the most professional job of any companies we have used. Joe went above and beyond to be sure the insurance company fairly compensated us. His crew was fast, professional and cleaned up every day. Joe was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend them.

I initially contacted Joe setting an appointment to inspect and evaluate the damage to our roof. He set a date and time and arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. Joe explained what he would do and the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions exemplifying his expertise. He assisted me in contacting the insurance company to initiate a claim via a conference call. A date and time was agreed to meet the insurance adjuster to evaluate the roof damage. Joe was in attendance and facilitated the evaluation pointing out things I had not thought of. Joe's team of roofers did an excellent job, being careful not to damage any flower beds, scrubs, patio and furniture, windows, etc. They periodically cleaned up the roofing debris and picked up all the nails at the end of the day. His foreman was very helpful again answering all my questions and carrying out my requests installing our new roof with the expertise of many years experience. I highly recommend American Central Corp., Joe Esser, the office staff and roofing crew. I found them to be honest men and women of integrity with expertise. Thank You Joe For A Job Well Done!!

Joe Esser came out to bid our roof replacement & gave us multiple pricing options plus some technical guidance. After giving the go-ahead on the option we chose Joe's crew knocked out the job in timely fashion even having to dodge a couple rain events. Excellent job & would definitely recommend.

My uncles company did a fantastic job replacing my roof here in Tulsa. I had a Class 4 shingle installed. He told me if I pay for the ice/water shield to be installed on the eaves of my roof that he could give me a 50 year defects warranty against all defects. That’s a no brainer. Anyway, thank you Uncle Joe for all your help and the respectful crew you sent me.
