Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I’d give Aidon and Aaron 10 Stars if I could. They were friendly, professional and gave me great recommendations throughout the whole process. When the project became more complex than I’d anticipated, they offered multiple options, best practices advice, and clearly put real thought into each step. They made sure I understood what they were doing and took pride in their work. They clearly treat their customers home like they were working on their own homes. They were here when they said they would be. Not only will I call Roto-Rooter in the future, but I’ll specify that I’d like these guys.

Trayvon was very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and continued to keep me updated as to what was going on in the process. We had roots in our sewer lines, and he was persistent in cleaning out as much as he could. When he could no longer continue the process, his manager came in and explained the next steps. Before Trayvon started, he had me fill out paperwork and explained the upfront costs. I thought the company was very well organized. They came out within an hour of me calling.

Trayvon, was amazing he took the time to explain things and when we needed some extra work done he called in a partner gave us the new price and was able to get us up to code in one day. The work is great and would gladly recommend them to others. The two of them we friendly and very knowledgeable.

We used RotoRooter for an additional problem and were lucky enough to have Aidan again come fix our issues who we had had in the past. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He also kept us up to date on price changes for pieces/parts which was super appreciated so there were no surprises on our bill. We are so grateful for him and his expertise!

Very professional, clean, courteous. Aidan explained everything, we discussed the equipment he was going to use. Pricing was fair and comparable if not a little better than competitors. Drain was cleared from house to sewer, camera inspected as I watched. No complaints, great work. Their first cleaning lasted 22 years, not bad.

Had a clogged sewer mainline; Aidan came out, he was very knowledgeable, very thorough and got to work right away. He had it cleared in no time and was even able to help out my neighbor while we waited for the guy with the SeeSnake. You definitely get what you pay for but for the price I was very happy with the next day service.

I recently called them based upon the reviews shown. The young man arrived did not have protective covering for his shoes so he walked all over our flooring and carpet with his work boots. When asked to cover his boots, he said he did not have any coverings. Secondly, he attempted to clear the block and had to call for a lead. The lead came and tried with a longer snake for about 10-15 mins and announced he will need to tear up the flooring and remove the blockage and this will cost 10,000 but we have financing!! When this was not agreed to (which not sure who will), the initial technician became kind of short and rude when communicating with my husband. Third, they brought in a special machine, had it in my driveway and left brown markings on the top half of my driveway. Guess what, they did not remove it. Fourth, we asked for a call to further discuss as a result of the survey we were provided. As of today, no one has called. I am assuming they really do not want to hear our feedback.
