Excellent service! I had a great experience with Bryan Lawrence. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. It’s hard to find someone so reliable and respectful of your time and home. I called Roto Rooter when my plumbing backed up and I could not clear the clog with a toilet snake. They were out within an hour and had to remove the toilet to clear the clog. After snaking it with an industrial sized snake they cleared the clog which was all the way out to the septic tank. They replaced the toilet and left everything nice and neat (and easy for me to bleach). The initial price was over $1000, but he gave me a discount. Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

I used Roto-Rooter to clear a clogged shower drain that occurred for house visitors while I was traveling out of state. John H. was absolutely amazing! He was professional, understanding, communicated clearly, was detail oriented, polite and clean. If it’s John H on the job, I’d highly recommend!

I will highly recommend. Warley was amazing. So patient and professional. I had a pretty bad clog in my kitchen sink and he spent hours until it was cleared. He explained everything that was happening and really seemed to care. The price was very reasonable.

I've hired Roto Rooter 3 times now. All great experiences. This one was particularly proficient, clean and professional. When he quickly finished unclogging the tub drain, he carefully wiped under his boots before taking a step out of the tub.

Of course needed emergency services on a Saturday night and Jude came out to problem solve the issue for us at 10pm! He was professional, kind, patient and understanding of a accidental but difficult situation. We really appreciate him getting our plumbing back up and running in a pinch. We had guests staying over so I can't say enough about how much we appreciated the plumbing rescue!! Thanks again.
