Clifton, Cole, and Preston from Rumsey Construction & Restoration were the ABSOLUTE BEST! They came in as soon as they got the approval and worked hard and diligently to get my water damage process started. They also made it convenient for me to be home while they did their work. Clifton gave awesome guidance, and Cole and Preston were phenomenal team players. 10/10 for sure!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I appreciate the quality service provided by Rumsey for the water damage mitigation and restoration of our home. The mitigation work led by Josh and Holden was handled promptly and professionally. The restoration work led by Michael turned out great, even nicer than it was before the water damage. We are pleased with the refinished hardwoods throughout and the other updates we added on during this project. Thanks to Rumsey for helping us turn the unfortunate situation into a beautiful space again!

Had bad leak upstairs. Rumsey was there that day and got started on drying out upstairs and downstairs. Everyone who had worked in this mitigation project have been awesome. Clifton, Walker,and Cole have all been very helpful and are walking me through this situation.

We had damage to our roof from 5 trees that fell during Helene back in September of 2024. Rumsey was quick to help to make sure no other damage from water would happen. They set us up with a great tree company (Dixon Tree) and trees were removed promptly. Now the rest of the work has taken until April of 2025.The delay was due to having to dealing with insurance company and mortgage company , what a nightmare. The work Rumsey did was excellent workmanship and they came when they planned to come. I would like to thank Zack Curry for his professionalism and his ability to address any concerns that may have come up. Zack was a life saver..

I've been doing business with Rumsey for a couple of years as an insurance agent. Parker is particularly proactive in reaching out and asking how their company can improve for us. This goes a long way, especially in our industry.

The Rumsey Company did a really good job with the repair work and putting everything back together. I was very pleased with all of the work. William Seth explained to me how the ceiling work would be done. And then how to put the bathroom back in place. Jordan did a good job putting the tile down in the bathroom and then setting the toilet and making sure everything was back together again. William helped us all the way through the process.
