Michael was a big help in this long and arduous battle with insurance. Now, I know my situation probably is not the norm, but throughout the entire process he was there to help answer any questions we might have; as we navigated through a sea of unknowns in replacing our roof for the first time. I just think it’s funny how when we got our homeowners insurance policy, the company told us that our roof was too old (over 10 years at least) and was most likely going to need to be replaced. Thus, we were going to have a higher premium; but then when we actually file a claim due to major hail and wind damage, the insurance inspectors tell us our roof is still in great shape (should last another 10 years) and only needs patchwork at most. We started this battle back in February, but after two inspections and after going through appraisal, we finally got the insurance company to pay up in mid June. Once the insurance check got endorsed by our mortgage company, Michael’s team came out and took care of the entire job in one day. Great results and will definitely recommend them to anyone else that needs to replace their roof. If I ever have to replace a roof again I know who to call.

Sali’s Roofing completed my home’s roof replacement in connection with hailstorm damage and straight line winds. It took three inspections, the third being a recommendation from Sali’s, to get the approval needed. While it took several tries and months, the whole process was easy from the initial consultation to the roof replacement completion. The roof tiles are also energy efficient. Robby Bastian was customer-centric, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He possesses excellent communication skills and stays with the customer through the entire process. I’m grateful for that.
