I had constant water issues in my basement every time it rained, and this company completely solved the problem. They explained the process clearly, installed a reliable waterproofing system, and left the area spotless when they were done. Since the work was completed, my basement has stayed completely dry and I finally have peace of mind.

Albert and his team were amazing. We needed a door fitted to size at our office. Not only was Albert and his team very professional, they were able to complete the project quickly and cleanly. We have had other work done though any other company and were left to clean up the mess. But Albert and his team took very good care and precautions when installing and painting. They paid attention to detail! Albert was in communication with me throughout the process, making sure I was aware of any changes. I would definitely recommend and will be using Sandoval Construction for any project in the future!

I had a small mold remediation done and needed someone to do to the repairs. I had called for an estimate on the 10th, he was able to come out the same day to go over what was needed to be done. By the 12th I had already received the invoice for the estimate. I sent it to the company that was going to be paying for it, which takes a couple of days to approve. So by Friday the 14th it was approved, called Sanco and told them it was approved. They started the repairs the following Monday (the 17th) and was finished with everything within a week! I had previously called a few other places before Sanco, and I either didn’t get an estimate back or the amount was ridiculously high and ultimately wasted my time. I’ve been sleeping in the living room with my special needs son for 3 months, because the damage was in my bedroom. I wish I would have called Sanco from the start, they took into consideration my living situation, and knowing that the project was small they were able to started immediately, when other places were telling they couldn’t start until July. I am beyond grateful for this company, the process from beginning to end was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Sanco to family/friends and would use them for any future needs. Thank you again!!

Does NOT give free estimates and does NOT return calls or texts. Wants to "see" your information for their "insurance specialist". Came out to inspect, took no measurements but made sure to photograph my paperwork. Hope l don’t get scammed. Do not use these guys!!!

If you don’t want to waste your time calling contractors who make promises, but never show up call these guys. Very professional and kept their word. Will work with again.

After confirming an In Person consultation that was scheduled, Albert did a no call no show. Very unprofessional and upsetting, would not recommend this construction company.
