Had a broken garage door spring and decided to go with Sears. It was easy to schedule service within 24 hours, and Shane was awesome to work with. He clearly explained different options, and did a great job with the repair for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely keep Sears Garage Solutions in mind for future repairs or projects, and will strongly recommend them to anyone.

Wow, these guys are the best! They installed my garage door in minimal time and checked every detail to perfection. The garage door opens so quietly! I’m so impressed. Thank you for doing such amazing work. They even installed the outside PIN code pad to open my garage without the opener. You guys are rock stars!!

Had an amazing experience with Sears Garage Door. The communication from Shane there was great. He asked for pictures of the door so they could diagnose the issues before they even showed up. The technician Mikhail came out early within the appointment window and got all repairs done within an hour. Was given an amazing price for services. Mikhail, the technician, notified us that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. UPDATE: We ultimately decided to replace our garage door. Once again the customer service was exceptional! Great service. This is what you want from a Garage Door and Appliance company. Shane was friendly and constantly communicating. We scheduled Sears through our warranty company, and Shane called to discuss the issue to ensure they could accommodate. They scheduled us within 24 hours and fixed our door. Mikhail Parlier was the technician, and he was friendly and informative. He went the extra mile to ensure the door was safe and secure and fixed the spring within the hour. He took the time to answer all my questions and provide solutions to all of my concerns. Everything works as it should. This experience was A++. I would highly recommend this company!

Shane and Mikail are professional and personable. Easy to make an appointment, up-front estimates, no upselling. They get the job done. Have never had a problem where they weren't fair and concerned about fixing the issues. Dependable, I recommend both and the Sears Garage Door company.
