SERVPRO of Citrus Heights / Roseville

Working with this Servpro has been a dream! I noticed a water leak in my bathroom ceiling 5 days before my wedding and an hour before my bachelorette party. I called them and they were at my property within an hour. The Mitigation team (Daniel, Marisa, Steven, Joe, and Alex) were amazing to work with and took away all the stress of dealing with a ceiling collapse and water disaster. They worked directly with my insurance and communicated beautifully so I didn't have to deal with that stress on top of planning a wedding. The rebuild team (Alan, Mike, Dennis, Doug, Eduardo, and Luis) put everything back together so beautifully. My closet, bathroom and living room were all affected and they put everything back together so well and so quickly. The craftsmanship is beautiful and you can truly tell everyone who works there truly cares about making it "Like It Never Happened". Thank you Servpro!

I just want to give a shout out to 3 people that worked on our house reconstruction from Servpro...Mauricio, Evan and Doug. Mauricio supervised the job. His follow-up was amazing. He constantly kept us informed of what was going on and what the next step was. He was easy to talk to and explained everything very well. He always called before he came to the house, he was always polite, professional and on time. He kept the job moving along smoothly. Couldn't ask for a better representative for the company. Evan and Doug did all the priming, painting, minor repairs and basically put everything back together like it never happened. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. Servpro really took care of my elderly father’s place after some water damage. They did a great job on repairs, returned every phone call, and answered every question. They also helped with communication with the insurance company. Really great group of folks with empathy for those who have damage to their homes.

We came home to water running from our house into the garage on a Sunday late afternoon. Total nightmare. We called Servpro straight away - after getting the go ahead from our insurance company (which only took a short while) the Servpro team came to our rescue. Talk about nice people that went above and beyond - on top of being very nice, and very knowledgeable. We "hosted" the team for about ten days. I really can’t say enough nice things about everyone we worked with. Steven, Kristina and Justin, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Was very pleased at how quickly they came out and did the work. The water heater closet needed to be restored, sheet rocked, taped etc. Mike was professional, personal and experienced. I’d happily use ServPro again.
