We were extremely pleased by the service and recommendations we received from Chris Notermann (Sales Manager) at SERVPRO. He came to our home to inspect the sump pump area in our basement. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. We took his advice, completed the work, and he offered to come back a few days to re-check the area to ensure the area was corrected (it was). If we have any issues in the future, we won’t hesitate to call Chris! He’s a true gem!

Hunter was amazing. We needed emergency help with mold that we found behind some furniture. We had to get the help as soon as possible. Hunter treated us as though we were family, putting himself in our shoes and helping us as though he was in our situation. He took immediate action, doing what he could do, and then giving us good counsel on how we could follow up. This was amazing and thorough service and we would not hesitate to call on Servpro again.

Giuseppe, Caleb and Mason are great to work with. Very professional. Giuseppe is a great project manager and took the stress away from a tough situation. Can’t forget Brody in this review, he has excellent customer service in equipment checks and pickup.

Krystal at SERVPRO is fantastic! She is always easy to reach, quick to respond, and makes sure everything gets done right. She goes above and beyond to support not only her clients but also the first responders in the community. We had a major basement flood on Friday, called Servpro and they were here by Saturday with excellent service, efficient and friendly crew. This when the Mankato area was inundated with flooded basements. Because of their swift, professional and courteous service, we were dry and back to norm within 2-3 days, with virtually no long term damage. Excellent company to work with.
