Hurricane Helene damaged so many homes in western North Carolina and flooded our basement in Charlotte a matter of hours. As soon as we discovered the destruction, we called Servpro in Charlotte and Darius along with his team of Patrick, Gary, Donovan and Slim showed up the same day and worked into the night to pump the water out and mitigate the property damage. They followed up everyday for 9 days and their supervisor Kevin was available to me 24 hours. He was fast and thorough with our insurance adjuster and evaluated the damage (pulled up baseboards, took out damaged carpets and installation) quickly so that we are on our way to repairs within 10 days. I know many people did not fare as well and we were one of the lucky ones, but the headache of the situation was definitely soothed by their professionalism and quick action. I would recommend them 100% - especially this particular team!
