I had a great experience with this company, when I called the others, they wouldn’t explain you the whole process. As soon as I talked to the owner of this business, the owner came and explained the whole process, then he sent his crew and installed 6 fans and 2 humidity removal systems, removed the damaged area and professionally cleaned the area. After 4 days the crew came back and made sure the area is completely dried and ready for necessary repairs. Dealing with this company was very easy without stress. They had all the state of the art systems which could detect any water damage from wall, floor to the moldings. Another nice thing about this company was that When they removed the damaged areas, they didn’t dumped them into my dumpster, they took them with them, which was very nice. The Servpro in Rancho Cucamonga , Ca really came through with help for water damage. Alex responded quickly and got a crew out asap to start getting water removed. The crew came back daily to check how carpet and flooring were drying out. The crew was very helpful. Alex responded quickly to every call and text.

SERVPRO was my saving grace, I was literally ready to break. My home was flooded due to an incompetent person who was there to clean my dryer vent. Alex, Barry & their team SAVED US! The night of my birthday (10/7) our home flooded with sewer water. When everyone else was telling us we’d be out for 6 months for repair, these guys made it a point to get our family back in by Christmas & THEY DID! We had our kids back in what feels like a brand new home for Christmas morning! We will forever be grateful for the efforts they put in to getting our family back home!
