Had some work done when my kitchen water supply leaked snd flooded the kitchen..Pretty impressed how Josh worked so fast in cleaning it and prep for mediation .the team did worked thoroughly and efficiently. Thank you also to Joel Andrew and Angel and Erik.Just wished that the mold testing results comes up sooner than waiting for 2 days or more. But overall, Great job!!

Angel, Robert and Anthony were very helpful, and thorough. They made sure to take the time and understand our frustration with the leak and damage. Although damage could have been much worse, they treated it with the upmost care. Their professionalism really did act as representation for PuroClean. Thank you fellas!

Techs were very efficient and detailed on what they were doing.

They were so nice but they treated my stuff badly, also they said they would not take anything that it wouldn't be cost effective to clean but took cheap 1, 5, 10 dollar items and charged 20-30 to clean it. They took a broken portable AC and charged over 200 to clean it. They literally charged the max they could get away with and now I have broken personal items, some of my stuff still smells like smoke, and there's no money left in my policy to replace the thousands of dollars of items smoke damaged or broken from when they threw them around and left for me to deal with, including pouring out my grandma's ashes. I'm heart broken. They broke things that can't be replaced, they did things that make no sense like take a 15 dollar cat scratcher with half of it missing and charge 20 to clean it. Just straight scammed me. I'm honestly having a mental breakdown over what they've done. They charged almost to the dollar my policy max and cleaned broken or cheap items and charged outrageous prices. I hope you're proud of yourselves for taking advantage of someone in one of the worst events of their life, it makes me sick
