PRC INC

Thanks to Sergio for a smooth and professional experience in getting our estimate for water damage from our water heater. He sent Jerry and Christopher who did a fantastic, quick job at removing damaged parts of our garage and home office. Jerry and Christopher were professional, polite, and explained everything. They did an excellent job and I appreciate how clean they left both areas. Thanks again to all of you!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE OR HIRE THIS COMPANY! PRC was called by a plumber sent out by our warranty company. We had a leak in our primary bathroom that caused damage into our kitchen in the first floor. Eduardo Rodriguez from PRC came and informed us he will deal with our insurance company and stated several times their work would be taken care by our insurance, State Farm. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy and asked my husband to sign a contract after they had already started their work. In good faith, my husband signed it. Our insurance company received their extremely high invoice of $12K for a a few fans and some drywall removal. State Farm reviewed their invoice and only deemed $4K reasonable on their invoice which was applicable to the related damages. They added line items that were not applicable. They are over charging and charging for items that they did not even touch. Their invoice says dinning room area but there was nothing fixed or touched there as leak was in the kitchen. Now PRC is threatening to put a lien on our home and stating we are responsible for the difference since we signed the contract. They also damaged one shutter and have not fixed it as promised. PRC does not do good business. They are scammers and liars and only after your money. They promise help and assured everything will be taken care by insurance but screw you over at the end. I'm only giving 1 star in order to post review but they do not deserve any stars!

Everyone was helpful and professional. Sergio M. came out the first day and did the diagnosis. Then Juan F. & David G. came out the next day for the removal process. Friendly & professional guys. Then Jerry & Chris came out the 3rd day to monitor the process. We had another issue and the were on it get the problem fixed. Thank you guys!!

We needed multiple projects on our home in Loma Linda. Sergio and his team were AMAZING! They gave us the best price and best service. They were honest and did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again for all of our future construction and or restoration needs.

I want to thank all the crew from PRC , I had damage in my kitchen from a accident and Serigo sent his crew to fix it , today came jerry and chris to monitor the wall that was damage to make sure everything was good . They kept me well inform and was really helpful about what was going on . Thank you and If anything happens I’ll will be calling back !

Calling PRC is the call no homeowner wants to make but thankfully they are staffed with GREAT people. My home had an unwanted and unexpected water leak. I called PRC and worked with Christopher and Carlos. Christopher came out and had a crew there that day to start the remediation work. He even took the time to sit with me while I called my insurance company. He handled every detail like dealing with the Insurance Adjuster to talking and coordinating with the Plumber. Carlos has been very helpful during the rebuild phase. They both answer their phones and text messages in a timely manner. Their attentiveness is a blessing and appreciated. In time when customer service is forgotten, it's nice to know the PRC team is there.
