Shift Roofing did a great job in replacing my roof and gutters. Drew was my salesperson and he did a great job working with me to show me what was wrong with my roof and worked with insurance to complete the claim. The crew that came in did a great job and the supervisor showed up a few days later to make sure that everything was done right and I am happy. Great job. Great company! Clay and Noah stopped at the house a few weeks after we had golf ball size hail. Roof was severely damaged and they stepped us through the insurance claim process. The work was top notch and this company communicated with us all through the process. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. A couple of issues arose due to gutter contractors and Shift resolved these with no problems. The integrity of this company is very impressive.

Shift Roofing was top notch in terms of working with the insurance company and quality of work. Roof looks great. I enjoyed working with Sam Messina who was knowledgable, friendly, and had a low pressure sales technique. He was very straight forward with pricing and options. In getting second quote, the 2nd company started 50% higher and used high pressure sales techniques (not enjoyable at all).

We are in the process of getting a new roof with Shift Roofing and Exteriors. We have been extremely impressed with our Salesman, Sam Messina! He is thorough, kind and makes sure that we understand the process. He worked with our insurance company to get the most coverage and offered us a loan to make it affordable as we are retired. I'm confident that we will continue to get quality service, knowing the integrity of Sam.

Working with Shift Roofing was great from start to finish! Luke was our contact person. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything patiently and thoroughly. He was available whenever a question came up. The day of the actual roof replacement, the crew showed up, as scheduled, bright and early. When they completed the job, everything was cleaned up thoroughly. They went around the house several times with a giant magnet to get all the nails/screws. You couldn’t even tell they had been there working! Everyone in the office was also very helpful. Savanna is a sweetheart! Thank You Shift Roofing for making this whole thing as painless as possible!
