I’ve have been using Southern Pest Solutions for the past ten plus years and have been very happy with their work. They always call to confirm my yearly treatment, they are extremely flexible, I’ve never had an issue scheduling. Nathan has been coming to perform my yearly reviews whether I am available or not, I feel very comfortable knowing he will handle everything, make sure gates are closed and everything is returned to original state. Also, the professionalism he has while performing he duties makes it a joy to see him every year. I have been a Southern Pest Solutions customer for over 10 years. Pat and his employees have always been kind, provided excellent personal customer service, and kept my home pest free. This year, we had an aphid infestation on our four mature crepe myrtle tress. Despite my husband doing on-line research and working with a local garden store, we were not winning the battle against the aphids. Tree companies were telling us that we should cut the trees and their fees to do that were hundreds of dollars..I frantically called Southern Pest Solutions because we wanted to keep our mature trees, which provided a lot of shade for our yard. The lovely receptionist Amy listened to all the details. She relayed the information to Pat, who went above and beyond, to research a solution for our serious aphid problem. A few weeks after the technician applied the pesticide that Pat recommended, there was new growth on our crepe myrtle trees.
