Specialist Roofing & Repair came to my house initially, and spent about an hour documenting and outlining the issues with a large flat roof area of my house. They then reviewed the findings with me and supplied me a price that I deemed reasonable for the scope of the work. The work required the complete removal of all of the previous roofing material, and then to tuck and join the flat roof to the sloped tile roof area. This required removing and reinstalling several sections of roof tiles around the flat roof area. The flat roof area was then completely redone with a high end material (which was substantially more expensive than the standard material), and new drains were installed. A date was scheduled for the work with their coordinator, Catherine Grande, and the crew arrived on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner in about 8 to 9 hours (1 day). After the job was complete, Catherine emailed me a lot of before and after photos documenting the completed work. Catherine and the entire crew were very professional, and I am very happy with the work and the experience. I would definitely recommend Specialist Roofing & Repair to my family and friends.

Wonderful experience with Specialist! After getting a few other estimates for some repair work that were much higher and didn't seem to provide the level of detail in their estimate and description of services, I was happy to get a decent, fairly priced estimate and they answered all my questions clearly. The work was done very quickly, and coordination with the office was excellent and responses were received in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again when I have to do a complete re-roof in 5 years.
