SUNVEK Roofing

I decided to have some preventative maintenance done since flat roofs can be more leak prone in Arizona. I contacted Sunvek at the recommendation of Robert Stork, my insurance agent. Sunvek applied Mulehide commercial grade elastomeric acrylic coatings to my flat roof and it looks beautiful! The workers were polite and professional. The project manager, Felipe Gonzalez, was incredible. He was very respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just simply an all-around good gentleman. Thank you, Felipe, the crew and all of the helpful Sunvek staff. My engagement with each and every one of you was such a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunvek for any roofing needs!!

The workers did a great job. We were a little concerned by the company because it took them longer to get an appointment on the books but once they did and once they arrived, they were everything we expected. I have no fear in recommending Sunvek. They followed up in a few days after completion to do an inspection, found a crack and repaired immediately. Everyone who worked on our flat roof made sure we knew to contact them for a free yearly inspection. Great team. Strongly recommend hiring Sunvek. Pricing was good too, in our opinion.

Brian was very respectful . He explained everything to me. He let me know that if he could not fix the job he would have a team come out and do it. He went up on the roof. He was there for some time when he came down he came and explained to me what he had done. He showed me pictures of the damage before and his Repair efforts. We had Sunvek Roofing re-coat our foam roof. They also had to replace some wood fascia that had rotted and added new metal drip edges where needed. The whole operation from consultation to cleanup was excellent and professional. Ben Meadows, Senior Roof Consultant, was very knowledgeable and explained how the entire process was going to work and answered any questions we had. The project started and completed as scheduled. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and hard workers. They made sure to clean up any mess made. I can’t say enough good things about our Production Manager, Felipe. He stayed on top of the project and kept us informed as to what was going on. He brought color samples over before the job started to make sure the roof color was what we wanted. He stopped multiple times to check how things were progressing. When the roof was finished, Felipe checked the entire roof, found a few minor areas he wanted re-coated, and had the crew come back the next day. Then he came back for a second time to double check that those areas were fixed, providing us with photos of the finished roof. Felipe was so polite and professional!
