Termio Pest Control - Houston

Mr. Swanier was my service technician, and he explained what he would be doing during the treatment. I explained we had some wasps and where they were located and he took care of them for us. He was very professional in his manner and work. Very good. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you.Excellent service!

Harrison Gibson was amazing we are grateful to have a Termio termite warranty.

Our inspector, Juan Carlos, was wonderful to work with. He explained the inspection process throughly, showed us the areas of concern, and answered any questions we had. His service was fantastic!

We met the manager of this company and him and his team have been all friendly and helpful. They always make sure our concerns have been taken cared of. They respond fast through email and phone and text. I recommend this place if you're looking to keep your home free of unwanted bugs!

Ken was awesome! Super friendly and fast service he answered all my questions and did a treatment outside and inside. He walked around my whole property to make sure he didn't miss anything. Definitely feel more confident about my home being free of any type of insects or rodents.

28-Aug-23 - Amador came to check all my my bait stations. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He ended up replenishing two of my stations. Very good job. Jonathan set approximately 8 or 9 termite bait stations. He explained where was going to put them to cover my property. He was very conscientious in their placement and avoided any location issues. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate to my questions / concerns.

My experience with this company has been both good and bad. Sales department made a mistake with my contract whereby they did not assign correct pricing for the services I requested. I had to call multiple times and they came to my house several times as well without actually performing the service. I have to admit that I was frustrated already; however, the only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because at the end of the day they accepted their mistake and performed the services as agreed in the contract. In addition, they have excelent technicians and I am talking about Trey Janes. He knows what he is doing, he explained everything about pest control and termite baiting system. He is truly the best technician I have worked with!!
