In addition to their quality pest control services, they also offer Sentricon for termite protection, which is phenomenal. The prices are competition, and the services and products that are used are the best in the business! I will always use their services, wherever I live.

The only thing that upsets me is that I waited so long to switch to this company!!!! Not only do they have amazing service, but their customer relations is top notch. I love the fact that I have the same tech who takes the time to get to know us and our home, and cares enough to follow up. I was so tired of being a number to a big chain company and felt like they didn't prioritize my time or concerns. Rob is a fantastic technician and I feel we are in the best hands. I would definitely say use someone else. They sprayed a day before a hurricane, didn't leave the rat trap box that comes with the package deal. Then when I ask for a refund they kept saying(me calling every week) its in the mail for three weeks, I finally go up to the office and I get a refund check dated for the day before I'm there face to face... I don't know if its because I'm young, but they definitely didn't treat me with respect.
