Inspector missed tons of items. Didn’t even open all the doors, cause if he had, he would have saw one of the impact doors didn’t open. The sellers said the door never worked for them at closing. When I called the company they said all they were willing to do was apologize and put in the report after the fact. After they did the inspection weeks earlier they didn’t send the report for days, then had to fix it because it was missing many basic items that their report said it would have. I asked to talk with someone higher up and they ghosted me afterwards. After researching, I couldn’t find the company name as a valid registered company with the state. The 3 addresses they show are not real locations of the business.

3 months ago I bought the house and asked for an inspection of the property which included checking the pipes with a camera, a report which according to Pedro was quite good and I wouldn't have to worry for a long time. Yesterday, due to a blockage in part of the pipes that he never reported, I had to break the kitchen and part of the living room to solve the problem. He is not a recommended person for this job.
