Taylor from Trademark Heating, Cooling & Electrical did an outstanding job! The service, professionalism, and response time were exceptional from start to finish. Taylor demonstrated true expert-level knowledge and made a complex issue simple and with a quick fix. It’s rare to find someone who communicates so clearly while delivering such high-quality work. I could not recommend Taylor and Trademark Heating more highly.

Eric was great! He was able to figure out some light switch and outlet issues pretty quickly and got it resolved. Was also happy to answer some questions along the way so that I’m better ready to handle some minor things on my own. One note: the AI customer service on the weekend was a little frustrating. It scheduled me for a time that they couldn’t hold.

The technician was polite and thorough in servicing our furnace. He took great care to clean it up after a few years of neglect and provided pictures and explanations of his assessment. Great price and we did not need additional parts or repairs. He complimented the condition of our >30 yr old furnace. We will definitely call Trademark for when the time comes when we do need repairs!

Simple to book and received excellent communication about arrival. Fantastic and knowledgeable technician that was considerate and thorough. My system is actually almost 50 years old and he cleaned it up, showed me where it may be beginning to fail, and set me up for an appointment to look at a newer system.

Shaun came out earlier than anticipated thankfully. Probably the kindest most heartwarming man I have ever met. Shaun is extremely sincere and knowledgeable. He helped me identify the problem as well as educate me on some other issues I had not noticed, and if left unnoticed would have caused detrimental irreversible damage to my home. Shaun provided multiple options on how to go about the repair, really trying to do what is best for me rather than the company. I applaud you Shaun, the company is lucky to have you.

Taylor came out to service our heat pump. He was supremely helpful, showing us things that needed immediate care and items that could be safely deferred. We had several questions about our system that he did a great job explaining to us.

Taylor Higgins was my technician that performed all the services on my furnace and while he was doing it he was explaining to me what the parts were, what they did and how to tell if something is wrong. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about the workings of a furnace and air conditioning I will ask for him personally on the next visit. Thank you, Brad White
