TV or not TV Service

I had two TVs that needed repair. I’m not too concerned over the prices of fixing the TVs$419/both), however purchasing a new TV would almost have been comparable but I buy cheap TVs. I can say that the communication from them could be better, for example, I’d call them ask him if it was ready. They would tell me they’ll call me back, and I would actually have to call them back. They gave me a timeline of fixing, that wasn’t accurate. However, they’re nice people. They know how to fix TVs. So I would use them again knowing that their timeline that they tell me may not be the real timeline that I need it. If You have a very expensive TV like $1700 highly recommend, but if you have a $300 TVis not worth it. Just go buy a new one. Also, they are a brick and mortar so you can pop in and ask him questions directly if needed be which is an added plus

I guess there is a reason that TV repair is a dead skill. back in November my TV went out and in an attempt to save some money contact these guys to repair my TV. they charged me $100 just to come out and look at it and deemed it had to go into their shop to repair. after 2 months of no updates other than we'll get back to you with an update i finally had to threaten reporting it stolen before someone called me back. even then they said it was going to be worked on and they would get back to me in a day or 2 and I never got a reply. i finally had to tell them not to bother and bought a new TV. Case and point, don't even waste your time with these guys

I have taken a few products here from older Denon stereo recievers to newer Sunfire subwoofers with a humm. all have been fixed. 1 denon has an issue again but the others are all working perfectly. very fair pricing just be patient as they are not fast
