The whole team at USS was wonderful . Matt was who I spoke to first about full encapsulation of my son’s new construction. Matt was so helpful and friendly and scheduled Levi to come out and help us decide what we needed to do. Levi was also extremely helpful and friendly and gave us several options and prices after he did the full inspection in the crawl space . Chris , and Peyton came out to do the actual encapsulation and they had it done in two days . They did a great job !!! This was a new construction and the yard was so muddy . I was very impressed that they didn’t get mud in the brand new white crawl space . They did not leave any thing that I had to clean up . They were so professional from the first call to the end result . If you’re looking for professional , educated, and dependable guys hire this company . United Structural Systems delivered for us! We contracted services to eliminate moisture and to add a structural support in our crawl space in our home and our daughter’s residence as well through our project manager Dylan Jenkins. The work was completed exactly as specified by a 3 man team. These workers were skilled and professional (and friendly and courteous) during the entire job. Communication was excellent with phone calls for expected arrival times and thorough explanations for any questions we posed. Dylan remained responsive as well throughout the week. At the completion of the work, our property was left in perfect order and the results of their work were evident. The encapsulation and dehumidifier system are hard at work to keep our home environment in great shape. We are pleased with the results and can recommend USS (Dylan, Khalil, Bryan and Will) as a winning team for a job well done.

We are very happy with the crawlspace cleanup and encapsulation! The 3 man crew that performed the work were excellent!! They were very professional and respectful of our property. They were hard workers and everything that was in our proposal was accomplished to our utmost satisfaction! The price we were quoted was very reasonable for all the work they had to accomplish. United Structural Systems did a great job. From the initial consult with Ryan through having the work completed was very easy to manage. The crew (Noah, Austin & Brandon) were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Matthew (manager) worked with me on rescheduling the work at my house on short notice and was very understanding. I would recommend United Structural Systems to anybody needing work in your crawlspace, basement and/or foundation repairs. May 20 Had a few minor issues after the work had been completed. Contacted Matthew on a Sunday night and had a callback first thing Monday morning. Austin arrived later that afternoon and we walked/crawl the majority of my crawlspace. Austin provided details of what was performed incorrectly and assured me that they would fix it. A few days later Austin was back and repaired all the issues and once again explained to me what he had done. Even with the issues, I still highly recommend USS, as it is hard to find a company that stands behind the work that they do.

USS came out to raise our concrete slab sidewalks in addition to our stairs. They were professional, clean and extremely helpful in answering our questions. He took his time insuring the concrete would level off without cracking bricks. He was able to raise it 3 brick heights flawlessly . I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation.

We hired USS to encapsulate our crawl space. We didn’t have any major issues, but the humidity was sometimes higher than we’d like to see it, so this was a preventative measure. Matt spent a good amount of time explaining the process and answering all of our questions. The price was less than the other companies we spoke with which was nice. We felt confident about the procedure and quality of materials that USS uses so they received our business. Alex, DJ and Harvey did the actual install. They seemed very attentive to the quality of work they were doing and they made sure we were pleased with it before they left the job site. Everyone we dealt with at USS, from sales to installers, was very respectful and professional. I would recommend giving this company a minute of your time if you’re looking into crawl space work.

USS worked quickly and efficiently to add a vapor barrier under our home and to remediate some fungal growth we had. Their customer service is excellent, and their team is very knowledgeable and kind.
