CJ Petersen came out to my home today and did an outstanding job. He helped clean up black widows, other spiders, and ants in my garage, inside the house, and around the yard. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly once he finished. CJ arrived exactly on time, and the communication from the company was excellent from start to finish. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of service is even better. I’m extremely satisfied with the work CJ did and highly recommend Urban Texas Pest Control for anyone needing reliable and professional pest control service.

First off I would like to Urban Texas Pest Control has been great. They treated my place for over a year now. I moved houses and live where there is already treatment. It was not good so I hired them to come back. I've loved all the technicians who are very well versed in their jobs and have quality, top notch treatments. Their customer service is amazing. Speaking of, when you call in to schedule appointments they make sure you are well taken care of as well. Tina is Fantastic, quick and efficient at getting you scheduled. Joshua, CJ, and Luis are very much so quick, efficient and fantastic! As long as mother nature keeps providing the bugs, I'll keep these guys around!

Urban Texas pest control arrived promptly and on time. The technician Luis was very knowledgeable and listened to concerns I had with particular pests. Thorough and meticulous treatment of all areas fast and efficient. Would give more stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend! edit: I annotated the payment between $100 - $120. This is paid quarterly. At most, 40 bucks a month? House has been bug free with the odd exception. Payment wise, I'm in that range and they do offer military discount as well.

Very quick communication, extremely professional and knowledgeable! CJ came out to inspect the house and gave me a quick run down of the game plan for treatment - the house was scheduled within a week of the initial inspection. Mrs. Tina was simply fantastic - very personable and you can tell she has a true heart of gold! On the day of treatment, the guys were in and out in about 2 hours. I was very impressed! Trust me when I say that you won’t regret choosing Urban Texas Pest Control!

Joshua did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was thorough and professional—treating both the interior and exterior, and even hard-to-reach spots like valve controls and meter boxes. He also removed webs and explained what to expect after treatment, including which pests might show up as the treatment takes effect. I really appreciated the attention to detail, you can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Joshua for anyone needing reliable pest control service!
