Valley Overhead Door

We were very pleased to have Wendell come out today and repair our garage doors. He put struts across the old doors and straightened the rails, even programmed the remotes for us. He was very pleasant and professional.We should be good for 10-15 years now. I definitely recommend Valley Overhead Door!

I initially contacted Valley Door on 29 May 2024 in order to have two 12x12 roll-up doors installed on my metal building. The lady said they were busy and it would be awhile. I waited until around October without hearing anything so I called again. A man came out and said he was going to bring his installer out to look. Never heard another word. I called two weeks in row around January 2025 with no answer so I left messages both times. A week later, a lady named Oksana called me back and said someone would call me. Needless to say, no one has ever called me and it is now mid-April 2025. Time to find someone who actually wants my business.

Called this morning, they came by and fixed my broken spring this afternoon. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Kyle!
