COIT Cleaning and Restoration

I'd give 10 stars if I could!! I called Coit Cleaning this morning to clean the carpet in one bedroom (male dog marking), and they weren't able to get to my job the same day. Okay. No problem. Fast forward a few hours, early afternoon, and I get a call from Tom, asking if he could send a tech over (he was in the neighborhood) to clean the carpet. Yay! I said sure, let's get it done! In only about 10 minutes, Fernando showed up to get started, and he gave me quite the education on carpet cleaning after I told him I had spot cleaned, and it didn't resolve the smell. All I can say is WOW!! Great job cleaning, carpet looks amazing, and superb customer service!! I will definitely use them again!! Very, very highly recommend!

We went with the grout color sealer and it came out amazing. It looks like we have brand new floors. We were going to pull out all our tile and Spend literally thousands of dollars for new flooring. The technician was absolutely great. His name is Jonathan.

When we moved in, the bathrooms were grimy, moldy, and in rough shape. I called Neil at COIT to ask if they acid-washed showers, and he said yes — plus they could also redo the caulking! From the start, they were professional and gave me a great price when they came out for the quote. They did the entire job while I was at work, and I didn’t even have to be home. Totally high integrity, trustworthy, punctual, very communicative — they sent pictures, gave clear instructions for afterwards, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. After the cleaning, I feel like I have two brand-new showers. The transformation is amazing, and the bathrooms look and feel fresh and clean again. I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service. Highly recommend COIT for anyone needing serious bathroom or carpet cleaning!

The carpet looks great. All the pet stains appear to be gone. The test will come when it is dry and being walked on to see if they reappear as they have in the past. I was also told how to best clean any new ones.

COIT was very responsive to our request for an ASAP couch cleaning shortly after a Thanksgiving disaster. The technician arrived early in the allotted time window and spent about an hour here, 45 minutes of actual cleaning, the rest setup and post cleaning final cleanup. The couch looks better than it has in years. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Joe cleaned our Travertine tile. It looks amazing. He was efficient, thorough, and professional. We will definitely continue doing business with COIT going forward with all of our tile cleaning needs going forward.
