IPM Construction & Restoration

Nate was amazing, he came out within 24 hours of calling to examine the damage from the flooding that I had. They quickly put in the fans and the dehumidifiers to dry out the house. They were also tasked with the rebuild of the house after it was dried out. Even though it is Covid and everything has been on a shipping delay(outside of Nate's or IPM's control) Nate has kept me in the loop. The rebuild work that they have done has been amazing, the texture on the drywall is the closest to a 100% match to the existing texture that I have seen, the flooring is amazing. Overall a great company. I would definitely recommend Nate and IPM to anyone.

Nate & his team came over the day after our house flooded and took care of it super quickly. We unfortunately flooded 3 days before Christmas and they still made the time to get our house drying out before the holidays. The house was thoroughly dried out, and they were very cautious with only ripping up what they had to while still ensuring all damage was addressed. We are so thankful for their hard work!

In my opinion if you're looking for fair priced, honest contractors look somewhere else. Sam came to my rental property to give me an estimate to reattach two fence panels that were blown down by wind. All the job needed was to screw them back on. For this simple job, 15 minutes work or less, he had the audacity to tell me it would cost $375.00. Buyers beware in my opinion these guys are scam artists.

Worked with Ken and John on flooring and drywall work for my home. Excellent communication, and they made sure I was satisfied with the job!

Servpro left mold in my house last year and it got worse over time. I called IPM and they came out right away and they were able to find the rest of the mold and clean it up fast. Nate and his crew were very helpful and hard working. Thank you IPM.

Nate from IPM came out to remedy deteriorating roof penetration seals. He arrived early, listened to our concerns, discussed what he was going to do, and went right to work. The results were that his job far exceeded what had previously been done, and we feel certain the fix will last! It was obvious he knew the correct way to handle the problem. THANKS, NATE!!!!!!
