All of the outfit at Superior Restoration were great! Jamie Perez in particular was extremely helpful and saw to it that the job was done efficiently and throughly, in a timely manner. He also educated us with information we hadn't thought of. Thank you Superior Restoration! I recommend you to anyone that has the needs, especially in an emergency!

Our experience with Superior Restoration has been amazing from start to where we are now! Everyone has been professional, honest, and thorough. Supervisor Jaime Perez has been a true pleasure to work with, and techs Juan and Joel did excellent, careful work. They were clear, and never tried to upsell. We are currently on the second step of the service process, and although the work isn’t done yet, we have absolutely no complaints so far — except that we wish they worked weekends so we could get through this situation a little sooner! I truly and highly recommend Superior Restoration — an honest, dependable, and exceptional team!

We had 2 separate roof leaks and went with Superior. We worked with Ricky, Jaime, and Julio. All have been knowledgeable and professional. Julio Hernandez did a great job on the dry out portion of the project. He was neat, organized, and kept the work areas spotless. Julio takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond for customer service.

Had significant damage to kitchen cabinets and drywall as result water leak. Was worried that the cleanup process would be long and difficult. But superior pulled it off on one day with great results. Julio was very efficient and communicate the whole process well. Recommend him highly.

We had two separate water damage issues that lead to mold in the walls of our home. We approached several different remediation companies but ultimately chose to go with Superior because they were the friendliest and had the best price. Everyone from Derek Thrasher who came out and gave us our quote, to Julio Hernandez who did the work were excellent to work with. They were able to start right away and knocked the job out in two days. We highly recommend Superior!

Without a doubt, Superior Restoration is the best company I have ever worked with. They are extremely professional. They kept me informed every step of the project and there weren’t any surprises. The pricing was fair and in-line with other bids. However, when it comes to their service level, they are in a league of their own. I would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.
