Ak Restoration Pro Anchorage Water & Fire

I can’t recommend this company enough. We were in an emergency situation and they responded in a timely manner. The work was completed quickly and exceeded our expectations. The employees we worked with were both kind and professional. You can’t ask for better service. Huge shout out to Eli and Kyle.

We used AK Restoration Pro to help dry our floors when we had a pinhole leak in a pipe; they were highly rated, and able to respond quickly, and we had no idea what to do as we'd never encountered a situation like this before. We will never use them again. After an initial inspection, we were told a team would be coming to set things up. That team was led by a smooth talker, while courteous, was unprofessional - they showed up high out of their minds, and took about 45 minutes going back and forth to their van, to plug in 4 fans and 1 dehumidifier. We learned a few days later that they walked out on their employer (not shocked); a few days later, we learned they did a poor setup, pointing fans towards one another, effectively cancelling each other out. Shocking, was the bill. 4 fans, 1 dehumidifier, for one week, $2500. The only labor they did was plugging in the fans and dehumidifier - that's it. These same fans can be purchased at Home Depot for $60/ea. The dehumidifier, while big and loud, removed less water than our home dehumidifier, which they included pictures of in their invoice. The invoice was sent on 3/6/25, though showed a due date of 2/5/25, making it over a month late on the same day it was sent. Frustrating, to say the least. Hopefully we'll never find ourselves in a situation where we need to do something like this again. If we do, we most certainly will not be utilizing AK Restoration Pro.

AK Restoration Pro is top notch. We were out of state when a tenant called to report that a bad water heater had flooded the lower floor of the house. Chris responded immediately and got dry-out equipment on site after normal business hours and handled everything from working with homeowners insurance to keeping us informed in our absence. Highly recommend this excellent company.

Great company!! Chris was extremely responsive and professional. I had a bad leak that damaged part of my second floor, including the carpeting. The water damage extended down to the laundry room and kitchen. I needed someone fast and reliable. I am happy that I came across AK Restoration. They mitigated and repaired in no time. Communication w/ Chris was fast and easy. The work was really good. I would definitely use them again.

We had a water leak that was small but impacted our kitchen, dining room, and living room. Had been told by another company that was from a roof water dam backup. When we discovered it was a pipe, AK Restoration was the company we turned to. Chris worked us into their very busy schedule, worked closely with our insurance, and put our minds at ease about the best ways to deal with the situation. Completely satisfied!

AK restoration pro has been amazing to work with. Chad, Alex and Chris have been working on our house and they have been wonderful to work with. They are on time, professional and polite. They are knowledgeable and answer our questions. They have made a terrible situation more bearable and really helped us by going above and beyond. AK restoration pro has amazing customer service and support. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with flooding or water damage. They have made a scary time for us so much better and I can't thank them enough.

Our experience with AK Restoration Pro was fantastic. We dealt with Chris, who was very responsive and was able to inspect our mold issue in under 24 hours. The other companies I spoke with in Anchorage weren’t available for at least 48 hours. As I was flying out of the state the morning of the visit, I was able to text with Chris and arrange for him to inspect the house while my girlfriend was home. He was punctual, professional, and gave us lots of great advice and insight into our issue. Best of all, he didn’t even charge for the initial visit. We appreciated his responsiveness and ability to work with our schedule. I highly recommend Chris and AK Restoration Pro to anyone looking for mold, water, or fire damage support.
