I had a pipe leak under the slab in my kitchen that caused water damage to my kitchen walls and cabinets. PuroClean was recommended by my insurance to do the water remediation. When PuroClean started to do the work, they discovered that mold had developed behind the cabinets. Fortunately, PuroClean is equipped to handle mold remediation as well. Sam and Emilio from PuroClean were very professional and they kept me updated about what was happening. They explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. They were punctual and kept the appointments within the timeline we discussed. They were efficient, polite and respectful of my property. And of course, they took care of the water damage and the mold problem. An independent company tested the kitchen for mold and it passed. The guys from PuroClean did excellent work! I would recommend them to anyone needing water and mold remediation services.

As a homeowner, the past week+ has been, um, trying. My wife and I discovered that what we thought was recent and localized water damage to a few floorboards was &$*!*&%$! much more extensive than thought, and had happened slowly over years. Not only did we need to check and treat surface mold and underneath, and deal with damaged baseboard and drywall, but we needed to ensure it was completely eliminated and wouldn’t repeat. We called in PuroClean, and it was the best decision. Nathan was incredible. Our contractor was equally impressed. When Nate first arrived, he discovered affected areas we missed. He also asked questions we hadn’t thought off, and thoroughly explained considerations. He was patient answering our questions. It was clear Nate cared, and he was definitely knowledgeable. He set up a containment barrier, an airlock Chamber, and applied anti-microbial agent, etc. Equally as important, when we thought of questions later on, he was a great resource. Nathan & PuroClean is my first call if I ever (though I hope never) have to deal with a similar problem. I found him highly trustworthy.

I am very happy with the service PuroClean had provided! Communication was excellent as information and updates were given timely and clearly. They were able to get the job done while prioritizing the safety of my little ones at home. Although I would not wish this type of service again, I would be glad to have them if I get unluckily enough for another round of water damage in my home.
