Worst experience, Vanessa of antioch serve pro came to my home very unprofessionally. She went on to do bare minimum scope of work. I told her fire went to the attic and she didnt even look or take measurements. She only tested 2 rooms for soot not all affected areas. She just wanted to do bare minimum work. Then she went behind my back to reach out to my insurance about my bid causing me to go through a LONG processing. She was using profanity as she spoke with me and also with my children. Not only that she went on to tell me my home layout is stupid, not professional at all.

My faucet failed overnight..my kitchen and laundry room were impacted with water. My insurance company told me to contact Serv Pro in my area. Regina answered and said Vanessa would be right over. Vanessa was AWESOME! She immediately had a crew dispatched to my home. Explained the process and what to expect. She shared her knowledge. She was very helpful, professional and kind. She and her team Elgie, Jim, Dalton and Jose made the process easy! It was my pleasure working with these professionals! I will recommend your services! Your expertise is greatly appreciated! Vanessa truly goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares about her work and took the time to talk me through the situation multiple times. She could have recommended gutting my entire kitchen based on a faulty air test report from another company, but instead she advised me to get a second test opinion.
