We arrived home one evening to find that we had a small kitchen fire. After a quick look around we quickly determined that this was way beyond our abilities to clean up because there was smoke and soot everywhere throughout the house. I called PRS at 8 pm and got a call back immediately. Drew was at our home at 815 the next morning with CRDN the contents contractor to evaluate. They quickly and confidently outlined what was required which turned out to be pretty extensive. PRS first cleaned everything structurally and deodorized the house before starting the restoration which including painting, carpet etc. I cannot speak highly enough about Mike who handled the restoration process. He was super communicative every step of the way. The contractors he used for painting (Onyx) and carpet (Molina) were amazing. The house came out great - you would never know what happened here. We recommend them highly for your restoration work.

These are the guys you call if you want honest and reliable operators to get the job done properly. We had significant damage from a plumbing problem in our house. After calling PRS, Esam, Brent, Jeff, and the team quickly got to work doing a detailed diagnosis and making a plan to fix the problem. Everybody who came to the house maintained a high standard of professionalism and quality of work. This situation has been highly stressful. I can't say enough how helpful it was to have the PRS team walk us through every step of what was going on and demonstrate competence and trustworthiness as they took care of the issue. These are real professionals, and I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Brent, Jeff, Kori, Cam D. and Esam were so polite, respectful and hard working. They all took time to thoroughly answer my many questions while they were doing very strenuous work. They responded quickly with phone calls, texts and emails. As a team they carry a level of professionalism and respect that you do not often see! I would highly recommend their services!

PRS is one of those rare companies that actually cares about their customers’ experience. I was so impressed with everyone on my mitigation team. Communication and response time was top notch, which I typically find lacking in most other service businesses. Jhoel was my first point of contact and he was amazing. He made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. He was very polite, personable, and professional. He and his team showed up when he said he would, and made the whole process easy for me. Cory and Cameron did my demolition. They took great care with my home, protecting all my furniture from any demo debris. They set everything up for the drying process, got it all ready for the repair phase, and cleaned everything up before they left. They were so nice and did a great job. Brent and Esam came to the house to do the water percentage checks over the following days and they, too, were pleasant and professional. Esam was very personable and walked me through next steps and removed all the drying equipment quickly and efficiently. Overall, my experience with PRS was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I am just beginning the repairs process with Patrick and will update this review when that has been completed.

I’d highly recommend PRS for any remediation and repair needs. They were on site within 20 minutes of our Sunday morning call and had a team starting cleanup efforts less than half an hour later. Jhoel is absolutely awesome, and his team Josh and Darwin were great — along with the rest of the guys that helped. Would give six stars for PRS if I could; incredibly professional, thorough, and informative. Flat out good service in a day and age when that seems hard to come by.

We recently worked with Professional Restoration Services after experiencing a water leak from our HVAC unit, and I can’t say enough good things about the team.
