The Restoration Team did a great job. Andrew the project manager was extremely helpful and responsive when we had any questions. Now the content team lead by Nikki was very professional. Very careful with packing out and packing the furniture back in. Again this was a huge project for us but went very well. Outstanding work by all the teams and the company. We would and will recommend them if we have others that require their expertise.

Venturi restoration was great to work with for my home repairs. They were communicative and responsive. Their crews were great with how they took care of my home and were nice and friendly. Angie and Andrew were super with how responsive and professional they were. Mel and Nikki who did my pack out of my furniture were awesome. They took extra care with all my items. I would definitely recommend!!

Our project manager, Andrew, was helpful and walked us through the overwhelming restoration process step-by-step. He was easy to reach and responsive to our needs. Although the restoration process took a while to complete, we are happy that the timeline wasn't rushed. The end result was 100% worth waiting for. Andrew and his contractors did an incredible job. Kelvin, Nikki and Mel were in charge of our pack-out and did an amazing job of packing and unpacking our belongings. Their crew was efficient and accommodating of our schedule. They were knowledgeable as to how to disassemble some of our furniture and didn't hesitate to include us in some of the decisions. Aside from one small item (which Kelvin immediately replaced) nothing was damaged, broken or scratched in the pack-out process. They treated our home with respect and even put new pads on our furniture before returning it to the refinished hardwood floors. We couldn't be more pleased!

I worked with Andrew and he was an absolute professional. He was able to organize a team that started the job within days. He got the job done, but more importantly he got the job done right! We got tile done in the bathroom after a flood and we couldn’t be more happy with the results! Good work!
