Water Damage America did a great job responding to our emergency flood incident caused by ice maker hose. They clean up the water mess and dried out the area to save my couch and desk. The insurance covered the whole amount and I am so glad I chose them.

The worst experience I have ever had. The owner came to my house and quoted a price to complete a mitigation job and once they were done they submitted a price to my insurance company for more than double the original quote. Work was shotty at best. We had a toilet back up and this damage they did. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! Why are doors ripped off the hinges over a toilet over flowing.

Water Damage America and their crew showed up within an hour after my call for the water damage I had in the basement in our basement. They did a great job dealing with State Farm and I am very happy with their work and customer service.
