We’ve never needed mitigation services before and when we found a water leak, RestoreCo came in very professionally and quickly handled the water damage/ flooding of our basement. Their mitigation abilities are fantastic. We had Ian and Jared from the company performing the services. Both are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with referrals for reconstruction. RestoreCo was able to work through the home insurance and spared us of expenses other than the deductible. Great company! Great services! They were nothing short of awesome!!

I was very pleased with the services provided. The technician was courteous, professional, and gave a wonderful overview prior to his assessment of the situation. While he was doing his assessment, he encouraged me to ask questions and explained why he was doing the testing he was performing. He answered all my questions and provided additional information. to questions I had not thought of. I greatly appreciated the references he provided that were independent of his organization and the justification for the tests that needed to be done. When the assessment was completed, he again was patient and engaged in conversation without any high-pressure sales
