I contacted PuroClean for mold abatement at my residence following hurricane rains. I worked with Sal, who came out the same day I called. Sal was fantastic to work with throughout the project. He and his assistant Alfonso did the demo work and abatement, leaving everything nice and clean. They were both very nice guys, professional, prompt, friendly, polite, and good at explaining all the steps that needed to happen. Mold abatement was all new to me, and Sal made a stressful situation a lot more bearable. He kept in touch throughout the project, patiently answering any questions, and was always right on time. I appreciated Sal's professional and friendly demeanor and would not hesitate to suggest him to a friend who needed this type of work done.
