They arrived at my home on June 23rd, 2025, and were both extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable. They completed their work with care and attention to detail, leaving my couch, my daughter’s items, and my bedroom looking absolutely beautiful. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. We had a small localised fire in one corner of the garage, but, what a huge life lesson! It took more than 4 months for all protocols, cleaning, repairs, etc. Renewal is the company our insurance company uses for cleaning all our clothes, shoes, bags, window treatment, etc. They did a fantastic job in cleaning and storing our belongings. The return process could be overwhelming with everything on hangers and boxes - we have about 800 items returned in two separate days!!! Joel and Chris did an amazing job efficiently, and we are really grateful for their help.

Joelle and Brandon were amazing. Joelle was exceedingly patient and gave me expert advice.Specifically he advised how to stage the content of the move while our house was still under construction. Brandon was personable and efficient. Joelle could be the CEO with his attention to detail, knowledge of the business and customer savvy. Highly recommend this team for moves and cleanings of any scale. Ask for this dream team - Joelle and Brandon-- and the most stressful day of your big move will be a piece of cake!

Chris came on time just like he said he would. Kept me informed all through the process. Very polite and professional. A delight to work with. Our garments were cleaned to perfection! Very pleased with their service. We were missing a piece but JoAnn was able to help us locate. If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Chris and Brandon came to my apartment to help gather / clean my belongings after a mold loss. They were both so kind, helpful, professional, and detail oriented. They took their time, and it shows that they truly care about helping people / families going through losses. They are amazing and I would 100% recommend Renewal to anyone!
