After having our apartment flooded by our upstairs neighbor our property manager chose Complete Restoration Services to get things back to normal. Considering the circumstances we were tense and very unhappy with our lives being upended by the repairs. However, CRS continued to be respectful and accommodate our needs going above and beyond to make us comfortable. They deserve more than 5 stars. The place looks great, thank you.

After the water line to our refrigerator failed overnight we called up CRS at my mother's recommendation--they'd done an excellent job on her washer-induced flood a couple years back--and I have no regrets about that choice. Shawn and the damage mitigation crew were at our house within an hour of my voicemail and handled the drying and initial removal efficiently and effectively. Once we got into planning the rebuild, Jared took over negotiating with insurance, and despite how hard State Farm fought to not cover anything (as in my insurance estimated $3000 was sufficient when CRS came out with $17,000) we persevered and through Jared's and my combined stubborn wills we got it handled. Thank goodness he was willing to go through this with me and not let State Farm weasel out of doing their job. Finally, Michael served as our project manager and was a HUGE asset throughout the rebuild process. He coordinated schedules across five different companies (Cost Less Carpet, Treasure Valley Granite, EB Flooring, Jetstream Plumbing, and Steelhead Electric LLC), all of whom were professional, efficient, timely, and genuinely helpful. Alongside Jared he also moved our heavier furniture when their usual movers quoted an obscenely high rate. As well, he was quick to troubleshoot when the plumber needed an electrician on site to add an electrical box. He walked the whole project several times to insure all was completed to an incredibly high standard and that everything was cleaner than before. Honesty, I cannot recommend CRS enough. They got us through a stressful and time-consuming process in a calm, professional, efficient way and it's abundantly clear they genuinely care about helping people get back to normal after a disaster.

Greg @ Complete Restoration Services was very thorough with his communication throughout my 3 1/2 month project. His subcontractors were always very respectful and gave notification when they were going to be on site. Repairs finished on time and it all looks amazing. No complaints here. This company is honest and reliable.
