Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called Roto Rooter with an emergency because my water heater died. The person on the phone was so nice. She had someone sent to my house within a couple of hours. They handled everything and new water heater installed same day. plumber was nice and explain to me all information I needed to know. I was so relieved because I was stressed about it. Very happy and satisfied with the personal and the service. I call Roto Rooter with all of my plumbing needs.

Ron services one of my rental properties this evening. He is a 26 year tenured guy with the company and it absolutely showed. Professional, courteous, excellent problem solver, and a great attitude. Even though I didn’t want a situation like this on a Friday evening Ron made it work and I’m forever grateful to him and his service. A true credit to the company and a great person.

Ralph and Gary are very efficient and experienced. They resolved my main line clog in one hour and the entire process was very pleasant. Matt came a couple of days later with a camera to probe into my main line for warranty check and future plans, he was also very patient with all my questions. In all, all three of them are easy to work with, professional, and have all the knowledge they need for my issue.

Ron #5592 was the best! Super helpful and gave me a fair price. Did above and beyond and cleaned up some scratches that I had caused from trying to fix it myself. He even fixed some water erosion! 10/10 would recommend and so happy with Ron’s help

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the recent sewer line cleaning service performed at my property. The technician who completed the job did not utilize the side cutter/root cutter tool during the cleaning process, which resulted in roots being left hanging inside the pipe. This was later confirmed by another Rotorooter technician who performed a camera inspection of the line in preparation for a proposed CIPP lining. I was informed at that time that the roots remained in the line, suggesting that the original cleaning was not fully completed as expected. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on the next steps for ensuring the line is properly cleaned and cleared of all root obstructions.

On 9/17, call to request service for same toilet clogged up. Had different technician this time. Ronnie #5593 who looked familiar. Excellent customer service, friendly. He immediately diagnosed the problem. My husband who has dementia was not using correct tissue but some other paper on a roller that looked like regular tissue paper. Ronnie was very kind and suggested I remove the other paper from the room. After unclogging he remembered doing a service many years ago on a different toilet that my toddler grandson clogged up when going through toilet training. We both laughed, I also then remembered. Based on my grandson’s age Ronnie is a long term employee. Still a great person providing excellent service for a great company. A 5 of 5 stars for both. Will continue to use this company.

Roto-Rooter was very responsive and sent a technician just two hours after I called. Ronnie, the technician, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.
