I would recommend this company to anyone! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable, he did a very good job explaining what’s going and what the next steps were! He had a new guy with him that he was training and he did a great job as well! So good that I couldn’t tell it was his 1st day on the job! They kept everything neat and clean….Thanks guys!

I did not have a good experience with this company. They removed mold out of a home we were currently in contract to purchase. The company did a great job cutting the mold and remediating the spots, however they never truly found the issue. My husband and I had never dealt with a mold issue before therefore we did not the "procedure" to follow. 1-800-water NEVER told us that there was water in the wall and that's how the mold got there, they never suggested we hire someone to come out and fix the issue, nothing. The house had sat vacant for several months so that it was we assumed caused the mold problem but that was not the case. What has happened now 6 months later the water has reentered the walls in the same spots and we are going to be out thousands of dollars fixing it. We were totally misguided by this company. I tried to reach out several times last week just to talk about this issue and now no one will call us back nor answer emails. This is not how you do good business. Please be careful when using this company.

In my profession as a Realtor and property investor, I come across little issues to big issues. This team has always been quick to communicate and answer all my questions no matter what they have been! I am confident in them for not only my personal use but for my clients as well. A leak is the most frustrating house nuisance one can have, but I’m so thankful my google search lead me to Josh and his team. He is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, not in a hurry, and most importantly only will provide necessary services. They should absolutely be your first call (after a plumber!).

We had a terrible flood right before Christmas due to pipes bursting, but Josh and Nicole were lifesavers! They came immediately, took pictures for insurance and started getting us in the dry! It was such an easy process and they were there helping us with every step through the process of dealing with insurance, getting our stuff removed and replaced during such a busy month! I love that they are a local family owned small business and so thankful for their help in our time of need!
