I can’t say enough kind words about Travis from Patriot Water Damage & Restoration. I was visiting from out of town and had trouble changing my tire at a local QuikTrip. Travis walked right up, introduced himself, and immediately offered to help. He had all the tools I didn’t, changed the tire quickly, and refused to take a penny for it. He was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. Even though I don’t live in the area, I would strongly recommend this company to anyone local — it’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to help a complete stranger with such honesty and generosity.

These guys are top notch. They worked easily with the insurance company and contractor. Travis and Chad know their business very well and were in contact with me daily if not multiple times with updates or concerns. Made it a very easy process and a lot less stressful. We experienced Outstanding water damage service from Patriot Water!! We recently went through a broken water heater that leaked and caused water damage throughout our rental house! Our landlord called Patriot Water and Travis and the team were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind the entire time!! Travis didn’t just help with the cleanup, he helped us and communicated with our insurance adjuster and the content company, helping us with temp housing and making sure our belongings were protected and packed correctly for storage! Both were at risk and he followed through with all he could do to help my family and all our things be safe!! We cannot thank him enough or express enough how amazing this company is!! Chad, Travis and the entire crew were amazing! We called them very late once we discovered our water damage and they were there at midnight getting the process started.
