Kevin and his team answered our call at 7 am after a tornado did extensive damage to one of our properties on a holiday weekend. It was a 2 hour drive for them and they were on site making things happen in 4 hours!! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their skill set, professionalism and kindness!!

I could not be more pleased with a company than I was with Dason Fire and Water Restoration following a tornado in the spring of 2016. We live in north Tx. and Kevin came down and handled everything for us including showing me how to work with my insurance company to make sure they paid everything they should for the needed repairs. Our house was almost a total gut job and his team made it better than it ever was in only four months which we though was extremely quick. Not only are we very pleased with the work Dason did for us, but we also made life long friends in the process. I highly recommend this group if you are ever in need of a fire, water, or in our case, tornado restoration. Franky

Hard to believe there is even one bad review! In 2014 we had a fire at my business. My building was 65000sqft and totally out of commission. Within 24 hours Dason had us back up and running to where we could resume manufacturing (with temporary services ) while they immediately began total restoration to the building. They were there from start to finish not only for the fire damage but for all documents that had to be cleaned and restored. I could call the owner directly any day or time and he was prompt to answer any questions or concerns that I may of had. In 2016 I didn’t hesitate to call them for a leak in my home and they provided the same great service!

I have used Dason Fire & Water Restoration on several occasions. Two of those where apts fires and we had several units destroyed. They worked with our insurance and got things settled in a timely manner and got the job done in adequate time frame. If anytime during the construction process I needed anything it was taken care of ASAP. I never had to make a second call or go up the chain of command to get my questions answered. The entire staff is awesome to work with. I would highly recommend Dason Fire & Water Restoration, Inc.

Dason Fire and Water Restoration has the worst customer service. They do not return calls and they do not get reports to you when they say they will. They show no tact when dealing with customers. I am even more disappointed, because I was referred to this company by a local Tulsa contractor. Please do yourself a favor and find a better company to work with.

WE HAD FIRE SPRINKLERS GO OFF AT OUR NEW BUILDING THEY WERE THERE WITH IN AN HOUR TO START FIXING THE SITUATION. THERE WAS OVER 10,000 GALLONS OF WATER. THEY STAYED UNTIL THE LAST DROP WAS GONE. THERE WAS PAINT/SHEETROCK AND FLOORING TO BE DONE AS WELL. KEVIN AND HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING TO WORK WITH AND A GREAT LOCALLY OWNED COMPANY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
