They explained to me how they work directly with insurance which help ease my stress, then proceeded to extract all the water in a timely manner and set up fans and equipment. I highly recommended this company to anyone who my have some flooding/water damage!!
My basement flooded from a bursted water pipe so I called MN water damage restoration, and John answered the phone right away told me he could be out within the hour and he was and when they got there they explained how they would work directly with my insurance company so that I didn’t have to worry about payment, then began working on extracting the water and pulling the carpet and walls that were wet. I highly recommend this company if you have any water damage.
John and his team did an excellent job getting us back and running!! Water coming thru foundation/fireplace. John cleaned, sealed and painted…excellent outcome! Highly recommended
