He went out of his way multiple times to give me advice, answer questions, and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to resolve the issues I was facing with water and mold. He was responsive, very knowledgeable, and demonstrated great customer service. I am incredibly glad to have met Jason and work with him to solve my emergency. We had a pipe leak into our laundry room and the carpeted hallway next to it. PuroClean gave me an estimate and said the final cost might not be that high. I thought, "Yeah, right", but when they had finished the job the costs were based on only what was necessary. We thought the leak might be a disaster, but they assured us that they could remedy the damage and that is what they did. Yes, the final bill was less than the estimate, but the job was done right and they were responsive to all our needs during the restoration. If anything like this happens again, these are the people I would call.

I had water intrusion from a roof replacement gone bad. I called PuroClean to assist me to determine if I needed to replace drywall and assess if mold could be present. From the minute I called, I was treated with respect and Jake was at my home within 30 minutes. WOW. Jake used a device to test water content in the ceiling and wood beams. Thankfully I do not need PuroClean services. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity to not sell me a service I do not need. Jake also gave me piece of mind so I can move forward with other repairs that are needed. I highly recommend PuroClean.

Extremely unprofessional. Hired cheap labor that he actually had a altercation with in my home. Damaged my refrigerator and my hope chest. Complained that he did not quote enough for the job the entire time, which is not true. Missed several places and even one entire room in my house. Left my floors a complete mess, I spent 3 days on my hands and knees cleaning soot out of the crevices of my floors. I had to deep clean and finish my bathrooms, and clean soot off of several walls. He was supposed to clear the carpet and debris from the carpet to prep it for carpet installation but did not finish that job either. Luckily the kind professional men from veterns carpet completed his job for him. I asked him to stay out of my night stand (the only place in my entire house I asked them to not disturb). They did not listen and completely violated my privacy and then tried to tell me how I should feel about it. He was supposed to submit replacement for some out door patio cushions that got damaged but he didn't.

So thankful for a quick response from PuroClean for basement flooding after this massive thunderstorm. This is the second time they’ve come out for the same problem in the same area. We will get it fixed. But in the meantime, we really appreciate this company and their good, friendly service. They use high powered fans, and an amazing Dehumidifier machine that sucks the moisture out of the air, carpets and pads. A tube from the machine drains the water into the nearest house drain.
