I was gone from home one evening, only for an hour & came home to find water dripping from my basement ceiling. I couldn’t understand what happened until I went upstairs to find my kitchen & dining room area filled with water. My water pipe under the sink had broken. I contacted my insurance company and Paul Davis arrived shortly there after. They removed the water and brought fans and heaters in to dry the areas, both the basement and the upstairs area. I can’t thank the employees of Paul Davis enough for their incredible service after our laundry tub overflow caused water damage in our condo and the unit below. From the moment we called, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and got to work immediately to mitigate the damage. The crew was thorough, using advanced equipment to dry out both units and prevent mold growth. They kept us informed every step of the way, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The condo below ours was also treated with the same care and attention, which we really appreciated.

It was a pleasure working with the team at Paul Davis. They were very professional. They stayed on task. If they said it was going to happen it did. We were especially impressed with the painting crew and the clean up crew. They treated our beautiful holy church like it was there own. It was a big project and it was completed early. Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland has been wonderful to work with during a difficult time. They are very careful and professional and knowledgeable. They were very careful setting up and protecting my furniture and rooms not involved in the mold mitigation.. Now that the mold is taken care of I’m looking forward to the restoration process and can’t wait for the finished product!!!!

Had a fire that resulted in our home being gutted down to the studs. Decided to take the opportunity to make some changes to our home during the process and make the best of a bad situation. Nick, John, and the team delivered and we eventually moved back into what felt like a new home. If the project is small or large they can handle it and you will be in good hands.

Tom responded to my call quickly and came out a few days later for an estimate. Jesse and Alex did a wonderful job. I'm very pleased with the completed work. I will use Paul Davis Restoration in the future.

Hired them Oct of 2020 due to a tree fallen on a house. They fixed the gutter no problem, fixed the siding missed coax cable holes in the siding so I had them back out to fix properly. Finally got on the schedule after months for the siding (Aluminum coil) to be repaired. They fixed it I was not happy with gaps in the repair, dented coil and missing silicone, poorly done silicone. I made them aware of this and months have passed still not fixed and they sent me to collections as I wasn't going to pay until job was completed properly. I have paid for the siding and gutters but refuse to pay for shotty work on the siding. I wouldn't recommend them due to length of time to complete projects and quality of workmanship and no ability to follow thru just send to collections in hopes you will just pay. *Update called 3 days ago and no return phone call
